1. Your contract is with Your House Plants Ltd which is also referred to as YHP in these terms and conditions, which trades from 8b South Parade, Weston Super Mare, North Somerset, BS23 1JN.
2. You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication with YHP. When your order has been processed you will be notified through these means.
3. YHP does not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.
4. YHP uses Izettle and Paypal for online payments.
5. You acknowledge that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
6. You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 25 days of receipt.
Variations
7. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and post the new version on the website. When we do so, it will be made clear on the blog page of yourhouseplants.co.uk. All purchases from the date of order will be governed by the amended terms and conditions.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. Plant pictures may vary from the actual stock as living plants will vary, no two plants will be exactly the same.
Liability
8. YHP will do our best to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors. YHP is not liable if your computer becomes infected with a virus, our website is conditioned to the best possible standard but we cannot ensure that you won’t be susceptible.
Click and collect
YHP offers the option of free local pick up at checkout where customers can collect orders safely from our Weston Super Mare store Tuesday-Saturday 10am -4pm. You will receive a 'ready for pick up' email once your order is ready. We can usually have your order ready within 1 to 24 hours. Orders must be collected within 3 days of purchasing.
9. YHP reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
10. If you are affected by a change to any information on the website you will be notified
11. YHP makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.
12. YHP does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
13. YHP will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
14. This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Gift cards.
Gift cards can only be redeemed in store and not through online sales.
If the Gift Card order value exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the remaining value of the order.
Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Your House Plants Ltd retains the right to refuse to redeem the Gift Card if we suspect any fraud relating to the Gift Card.
Your House Plants Ltd is not liable for lost Gift Cards. Lost Gift Cards can only be replaced if adequate proof of purchase is provided and the Code has not been redeemed. Contact info@yourhouseplants.co.uk in the event of a lost Gift Card.
Additional
15. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and YHP relating to your purchase. You are responsible for reading all information in these terms and conditions fully. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.
16. All material on this site is Copyright © YHP or the artists or author of the material, all rights reserved. It is strictly prohibited to copy, republish or redistribute any of the material and software contained in the YHP website.
Law
17. Every purchase you make shall be deemed ‘performed in England’. Therefore these Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
